Payment and cancellation
Groups of four or more pay a deposit. You pay the rest on the day in cash. At Samui Elephant Sanctuary, pay in cash in Thai baht. Full online payment carries a 5% fee. Checkout shows the options and total for your booking.
Cancel or change your date free up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Later cancellations and missed tours are not refunded. If your tour is canceled, choose another date or a full refund.
