Answers about booking, pickup, prices and park visits with Koh Samui Elephants.
Book the Sanctuary visit, Haven visit, Home half day care, Home one hour feeding or the 4WD jungle tour with elephant feeding. All five include Koh Samui hotel pickup and return. Choose your tour, date and guests to see your booking options.
Sanctuary, Haven and Home half day care each last three hours. Home feeding lasts one hour. The 4WD jungle tour lasts four hours and 30 minutes. Allow extra time for hotel pickup and return.
Yes. All five elephant tours include free hotel pickup and return in the listed Koh Samui pickup areas. Add your hotel when booking to see the pickup options for your area.
Your hotel area sets the pickup time, which shows at checkout or is confirmed after booking. Wait in your hotel lobby or reception 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
Pay on tour, a deposit and full payment are offered at checkout. Groups of four or more pay a deposit. Pay the rest on the day in cash. Full payment has a 5% fee. Your booking shows the available payment options.
Adults ages 12 and older: THB 2,895. Children ages 5 to 11: THB 1,695. Infants ages 0 to 4 join free with a paying adult.

Wear comfortable closed shoes and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, a camera and your passport or ID for insurance. Wear clothes you can get dirty, and bring a reusable water bottle.
For Home half day care, bring a change of clothes and a towel for elephant washing. For the 4WD jungle tour, pack a swimsuit and towel if you want to swim at Namuang Waterfall.
Cancel or change your date at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund of payments made. Later cancellations and missed tours receive no refund. Email booking@kohsamuielephants.com with your booking reference.
If the tour is canceled for weather or safety, you can choose another date or a full refund. Sanctuary, Haven and both Home visits run in rain or sunshine, with raincoats and umbrellas provided when needed.

The half day care program includes preparing food, feeding and walking with elephants, watching the mud spa and helping wash and scrub the elephants. Vegetarian food and seasonal fruit are included in half day care. The one hour visit focuses on food preparation and feeding. The 4WD jungle tour includes a feeding stop here. There is no riding and no shows.
At Samui Elephant Sanctuary and Samui Elephant Haven, guests watch the elephants bathe from the riverbank and stay out of the water. On Home half day care, guests help wash and scrub the elephants after the mud spa. Home one hour feeding and the 4WD jungle tour focus on food preparation and feeding.
