What happens after you book?
Your confirmation comes from booking@kohsamuielephants.com. It includes your tour details and booking reference. Check your date, guest details and hotel, and keep the confirmation for your visit.
We help arrange pickup and answer questions about your tour. Send us your hotel name and location so we can help with your pickup details.
Help before and after booking
Want help choosing between Sanctuary, Haven and Home? Tell us what you want to do and the ages of any children. We can help you compare activities, food and transfers.
For changes or cancellation, reply with your booking reference. Changes and cancellation are free up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
