Koh Samui elephant welfare and program guide

Choose your elephant visit by its activities
At Samui Elephant Sanctuary and Samui Elephant Haven, there is no riding and no shows. You prepare food, feed elephants and watch them move around the grounds. Guests watch the elephants bathe from the riverbank and stay out of the water.
Watching a bath or joining in
At Sanctuary and Haven, guests watch the elephants bathe from the riverbank and stay out of the water. Home half-day care includes watching a mud spa, then washing and scrubbing elephants.
A shorter feeding visit
Home one-hour feeding focuses on preparing food and feeding elephants with a guide. The 4WD tour combines island sightseeing with a feeding stop.
